When the parking garage gets a little too full, why not just park on your balcony?

You’d drive the vehicle straight on into the car elevator (that promises to be able to fit a Bentley), push the button, and off you you park outside your penthouse (on the “carloggia”!) The architects point out that safety and comfort are two of the major advantages that come with this garage concept: it’s easier to unload the groceries, your car is always under your eyes, your family is better protected from kidnapping or carjacking attempts, etc.

This is very cool and almost a logical next step with more and more people moving into urban condos. I just hope the engineers can estimate car weights properly.
